Purpose and Reason:

This amendment is being filed to implement federally mandated increases to the income eligibility standards, the standard income deduction, the maximum snap allotment amounts, the excess shelter deduction and the standard utility allowance updated for fiscal year 2018-2019 no later than 10/1/18.

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:

Failure to implement these changes result in the violation of the federal mandate and the risk of fines and/or loss of federal funding.
